As a catering service, our main function is FOOD! Our trained, professional production & service staff is dedicated to catering your event. Our outstanding chefs can create any dish you desire as well as suggest imaginative menus to suit your special occasions.
We hope this website provides you with a generous array of new and exciting menus accompanied by our old favorites! Our menu suggestions include many options, but we welcome your suggestions for variations.

Dixie State College Campus Dining Services primary responsibility is to provide the complete Food Service needs of the students, faculty, staff and campus guests. Our Catering department has received six national awards, one in 2002, 2003, 2004, 2006, 2007 and most recently in 2008!
Of equal importance to planning the perfect menu is selecting the correct room. We have two conference rooms and a grand ballroom available in the Kenneth N. Gardner Center or if you prefer, we will cater your event in any building on the Dixie State College campus.
To ensure to high quality of food and service, please contact the Campus Dining Services Department at least 3 weeks prior to schedule your event.
