Eligibility

• Citizens or nationals of the U.S. Permanent residence also qualify after proper validation.
• Is a “First Generation” college student. This means neither of your birth parents have received a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Is considered Low-Income, by Federal Guidelines
• Is in need of academic support
• Upon applying, has completed 8^th grade, but not entered 12^th grade
