Continuing participants-update your info with Upward Bound with update application

There are several things that need to be satisfied:

1.     Application (will be available AUGUST 2012)    

a.  Parent tax forms are required as part of the application

2.    Parent/student interview

3.     60 day probationary period required for all new participants

1. 1. Participant MUST attend all weekly meetings at high school
   2. Participant MUST attend the Seminars (always on Saturday)

1. 3. Parent & participant MUST attend the Parent Meetings

                                                    i.     October

                                                  ii.     April

1. 4. College tour for participant

                                                    i.     Sophomore year – SUU & DSC

                                                  ii.     Junior year – UVU, UofU, WSU, USU, sometimes BYU

                                                 iii.     Senior year – UNLV , NSC & CSN
