June 7 - Vince Redhouse
"As a member of the Dine (Navajo) Nation, I am among those American Indians who has been influenced by the culture at large while retaining a vital connection with the world of our Fathers. We are called Urban Indians."

"I believe music is more than what we hear but something that we feel at a very deep place. I think of music as a spiritual event that we participate in-the musician as well as the listener. Navajo people have always been regarded as spiritual people and my family through the generations was known for its medicine men-my grandfather Hosteen Redhouse was greatly respected in Indian Country. I believe those gifts continue to be passed to us just as physical characteristics are, except these are spiritual. My music carries the Spirit of my dad and his fathers and I am keenly aware of this especially when I play the Native Flute and when I compose music. Music for me is one of the greatest expressions of spirit and heart and healing and it is the gift I am blessed to share." -Vince Redhouse

Good advice for many Anderson fans who two-step every chance they get and whose lives have turned around.. . The band plays and sings country-western with an easy swing and an irresistible toe-tappin' rhythm. Fans are invited to dance the night away or to sit back and relish the music of the evening under the stars. This concert only begins at 7:30 p.m.

July 12 - Tingstad and Rumbel
Grammy Award winners Tingstad and Rumbel perform virtuoso American finger-style guitar and beautiful melodic woodwinds inspired by music from America, Asia, the British Isles and Spain. The music speaks to the heart, embraces relationships to the natural world with connections to various traditions and deep feelings of inner peace. Understated, yet powerful, the artists and the music encourage an appreciation for community and stewardship.

"Acoustic instrumental music simply doesn't get any better - period. It shouldn't come as any surprise that these two supremely talented musicians have released yet another excellent album. A Moment's Peace deserves a place on the CD shelf of any acoustic music lover, no matter how many previous Tingstad and Rumbel recordings already sit there. The CD earns my highest recommendation with almost laughable ease."
