ROTC Cadet Spotlight

Cadet HERO of the week and PT person of the week.

We have started a new tradition of recognizing two cadets a week in two different areas...

The "Hero" of the week is a cadet that has demonstrated leadership skills to his leadership and subordinates.  The cadet leadership will choose this person after nominations and discussions at the weekly training meeting. The person (cadet) selected will receive a special surprise at the end of PT on Friday.  To be recognized by peers and leadership is an honor in itself.

The "PT person" of the week is also selected at the weekly training meeting, but the person selected must have demonstrated special efforts or success during that week's PT or APFT.  You don't have to score a 300 on your PT test to win, just make an honest dedicated effort.  We have awarded items such as heart rate monitors, t-shirts, water bottles, planners, hats, and other ROTC items.

Do your best to do your duty...Good luck
