President's Message
Welcome to Dixie State College of Utah. Dixie State has a great legacy and we are proud you have chosen this institution. You have made a wonderful choice. Dixie State College of Utah, a publicly supported state college with two interdependent tiers, functions as a comprehensive community college while offering a limited number of quality baccalaureate programs. Dixie State will help you achieve your academic, career and life goals. Your college experience will assist you in exploring diverse fields of study. You will have opportunities to discover who you are as an individual and make important decisions about career choices. It will also give you the time to make goals for your life and give you direction in learning how to achieve those goals. A solid educational background will help you establish and expand your world views. The Dixie State College of Utah catalog will guide you in your educational experience. Please read it.
