A gorgeous gym equipped for collegiate volleyball, as well as recreational basketball, indoor soccer, dodgeball, and much more! The gym is also set up with the latest sound system that is available upon request.

A spacious six lane pool is perfect for an invigorating workout or an outdoor swim party. Whatever you choose, the pool is great for all ages.

The outdoor pavilion is a great place to have an outdoor party. Located right next to three sand volleyball courts, the pavilion is great for a summer evening of fun. A sound system and grill are also available for an additional fee.

Three pristine sand volleyball courts provide some fun time in the sun. Each court has it’s own net and lights surrounding them when those long evenings turn into nights. Beach volleyball is a great way to spend hours working on your tan and working up a sweat.

Blue Floor Covering

This tarp is placed down on the gym floor when food or drink is being served for any occasion or inappropriate shoes will be worn (i.e. high heels, wooden soles, etc). This is mandatory and includes set up and clean up of mats.

Pavilion Sound System

Our outdoor pavilion has the option to have an extreme sound system. From Poll Sound, this comes equipped with one subwoofer and two speakers, a dock for up to two different iPods, and a microphone. When requested, this sound system requires one of our supervisors to teach you how to use it.

Flat Top Grill

Our flat top gas grill has the option of grilling at least 100 hamburgers at one time. Set-up and clean-up is included in the price but propane is not.

Things to Know
Deposit and Payment
A 40% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of reservation.
Full payment is due 1 week prior to your event.
Insurance
A One Million Dollar Liability Insurance is required for any event held on campus. There is no exception. A copy of this certificate must be shown at time of reservation.
User Agreement
Renters must sign a facility use agreement. The terms and conditions of this agreement are binding.
Faculty, Staff, and Student Rate:
Those who are a faculty or staff member or a student of Dixie State College of Utah have the opportunity for a 50% discount on all facility prices. The discount does not include the blue tarp, sound system, or grill.
Other Costs
Additional costs may apply due to set-up and clean-up of events that require this. This rate applies to all renters.
Janitor fee: $25/hour (This fee is applicable for most indoor events)
Supervisor Staff fee: $15/hour (This fee is applicable for events outside normal operating hours)
Cancellations
Any events that were paid in full at time of reservation may receive a 100% refund from a cancellation up to 1 week prior to event date but will forfeit their deposit.
Cancellations must be done 1 week prior to reservation or your payment will be forfeited.
