DSC Sears Art Museum Gallery and DOCUTAH Present Tom Judd "Lost Highway" Fall Exhibit
07/27/2011 - The Sears Art Museum Gallery at the Dixie State College of Utah Dolores Dore' Eccles Fine Arts Center, in conjunction with the 2nd-Annual DOCUTAH International Documentary Film Festival, combine to present a new fall exhibit featuring the works of renowned contemporary artist Tom Judd. The exhibit, which is free to the public, will officially open on Monday, August 22, and will run Monday-through-Friday through October 12, from 9 a.m.-5 p.m.

DSC Summer Choir to Perform Free Concert July 20th
07/14/2011 - The Dixie State College Summer Concert Choir, under the direction of Dr. Robert Briggs, will perform a free concert this Wednesday, July 20th, at 7:30 p.m., at the Dolores Dore' Eccles Fine Arts Center on the DSC campus.

Dixie State College's PBL Students Earn Top Honors at National Leadership Conference in Orlando
07/12/2011 - Ten members of Dixie State College's business club (Phi Beta Lambda) competed against more than 1,700 participants from around the country at the Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda National Leadership Conference in Orlando, Fla., this past June 23–26. The annual conference allows collegiate business students to sharpen their core business skills, expand their networks, and participate in business-related competitive events.

Dixie State College ROTC Announces Faculty Promotions
07/06/2011 - Dixie State College's Army ROTC program has announced that two of its military instructors have recently been promoted in rank. Gerald Williams, who serves as DSC assistant professor of military science, has been promoted the rank of Major, while Mark Loria, who serves as a senior military instructor, has been promoted to the rank of Master Sergeant.

Dixie State College Senior Alana Lee Crowned Miss Nevada July 2nd
07/05/2011 - Dixie State College senior Alana Lee was crowned Miss Nevada 2011 in front of a capacity crowd this past Saturday night at the CasaBlanca Resort Showroom in Mesquite. Lee will go on to compete for the 2012 Miss America title this upcoming January 10-14, at the Planet Hollywood Resort in Las Vegas, with the annual pageant broadcast slated to air live on the ABC television network on Saturday, January 14.
