Dixie State Now Offers Degrees in Mathematics and Mathematics Education!!!!

On Jan 21, 2011, the State Board of Regents granted Dixie State College approval to offer bachelor degrees in Mathematics and Math Education. If you are interested, please talk to the Math Advisor, Kathy Ott for more information. She can be reached at (435)879-4253. She can help set up an educational plan to get you on your way to a Math degree!!

Degree requirements:
Mathematics Degree
Mathematics Education Degree

Developmental Mathematics
The Math Department is in charge of math courses 1010 and above. For information concerning developmental courses such as Math 0920 and Math 0990, please refer to the Developmental Studies Department.

Math Education
