To assign administrative responsibility for the planning and implementation of ground breaking and dedication ceremonies that honor college donors.

27.2.1 Responsibility: Ground breaking and dedication ceremonies that honor donors to the college will be planned, coordinated, and implemented by the appropriate department or division in conjunction with the Institutional Advancement Office.

27.2.2 Funding: The costs of ground breaking and dedication ceremonies will be paid by the appropriate division, department, office, or with campaign funds.
