7-4 INSTITUTIONAL ADVANCEMENT COUNCIL

4.1 PURPOSE

To set forth the major responsibilities of the Institutional Advancement Council and to establish the council’s membership.

4.2 POLICY

4.2.1 Responsibilities of the council

4.2.1.1 Coordinate the Institutional Advancement Program

4.2.1.2 Review fund raising activities and calendars

4.2.1.3 Establish priorities to meet goals

4.2.2 Membership of the Institutional Advancement Council shall consist of the following members:

4.2.2.1 College President (ex-officio member)

4.2.2.2 Executive Director of Institutional Advancement

4.2.2.3 Director of Institutional Advancement

4.2.2.4 Assistant Director of Institutional Advancement

4.2.2.5 Advancement Specialist

4.2.2.6 Athletic Department Representative

4.2.2.7 Alumni Program Coordinator or Representative

4.2.3 Meeting Schedule

4.2.3.1 Meetings of the Institutional Advancement Council will be held twice per month unless three or more members cannot attend.
