POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT
ENROLLMENT
SYSTEMS MANAGER
Responsibilities:
·
Support reporting needs within student services, to
include recurring and one-time reports related to recruitment, admissions,
registration, retention, scheduling, etc.
·
Oversee mailings, import/exporting data, ensuring
that communication plan is followed.
·
Provide data quality control by running appropriate
QC reports and providing to related staff.
·
Maintain and create web pages related to student
services.
·
Trouble-shoot problems related to the Banner
student information system (in coordination with Computer Services). Review new releases and provide appropriate
training and testing.
·
Oversee the implementation of technology-related
projects within student services.
·
Provide training as needed on using technology
related to student services.
·
Responsible for implementing and updating Degree
Audit System.
Qualifications:
·
Bachelor’s
degree in related field required.
·
Three
years related experience required.
·
Comprehensive
knowledge of student database structures and querying languages (Oracle,
Banner, Access, Crystal, etc.) preferred.
·
Excellent
organization, analytical and computer problem-solving skills.
·
Ability
to handle multiple tasks and provide excellent follow-up.
·
Ability
to work independently and as a team member.
·
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and
in writing.
·
Ability to exercise critical human relations skills
in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with students,
the college community, and the public.
Terms of Contract: Full time professional staff position. Beginning salary range $45,000 to $48,000, dependent upon
qualifications and experience.
