Chancellor Apartments
Chancellor Apartments are the choice for students looking for on-campus apartment-style living. Conveniently located just north of campus, Chancellor has a unique community atmosphere. Since Chancellor is surrounded by other student housing complexes, Chancellor residents are never far from the Dixie State College experience. Upperclassmen are given first priority at Chancellor. First-Year students will be assigned only if space is available. Upperclass status is defined as a student who has earned at least 24 credits and has had at least one year post-high school graduation.
