Location:
The Student Help Desk is located in the Smith Computer Center in office 107. A technician will be available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM to assist you in your technological needs. The Help Desk can be reached at 652-7951and 652-7950 and through email at: helpdesk@dixie.edu. Email is the preferred method and is easier for our techs to check regularly.

Live Chat Support:
Live chat support is available whenever a technician is in the office. This can be useful if you do not have access to a phone and need help troubleshooting. If a technician is not available, please send your request via email.
