We are here to provide assistance for Canvas, Dmail, Student Services, RedStorm wireless configuration, Wimba, laptop assistance, and any other technical troubleshooting you may need help with.
Trouble logging in?
Password Reset
1) Navigate to Student Services Login
2) Enter your Student ID Number, and click "Forgot PIN?"
3) Enter the answers to your secret questions
4) You will be prompted to set a new PIN.
5) If you do not remember the answers to your secret questions, please call the Student Helpdesk at (435) 652-7951.
6) You may need to wait 10-15 minutes for the password change to take effect for all of your logins.
**This will reset your password for Dmail, Student Services, Canvas, and computer labs
Missing classes in your Canvas account?
Your classes in Canvas will not show up until the first day of the semester.

There are three Helpdesk locations,

The Holland Building 2nd floor Library entrance.
Hours: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM and 8:00AM to 6:00PM Fridays.
No weekend coverage. Closed all Holidays and Student Breaks

The Smith Computer Center in the north-west corner of the computer lab.
Hours: Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM and 9AM to 5PM Fridays.
No weekend coverage. Closed all Holidays and Student Breaks

The Udvar-Hazy Building, 1st floor lobby.
Hours: Monday and Wednesday 7:45AM to 11:00AM, Tuesday and Thursday 1:00pm to 5:00pm.
No Friday or weekend coverage. Closed all Holidays and Student Breaks
