The Student Helpdesk is here for your technological needs at Dixie State College. Computers and technology are a necessary part of today's learning environment. Follow the links on the left for more information.
We are here to provide assistance with Blackboard Vista, Dmail, Student Services, RedStorm wireless configuration, Wimba, laptop assistance, and any other technical troubleshooting you may need help with.
**If you are having trouble logging into Dmail, Blackboard Vista, or Student Services, please take a moment to read the corresponding FAQ's. You may also need to lookup your campus username or Dixie ID (also known as your student ID number):

Location and Contact Information:
The Student Help Desk is located in the Smith Computer Center in the north-west corner of the computer lab. A technician will be available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM to assist you in your technological needs. The Help Desk can also be reached at (435) 652-7951 and through email at: helpdesk@dixie.edu. Email is the preferred method and is easier for our techs to check regularly. Please include your full name, student ID number, and phone number when contacting the Helpdesk.

Live Chat Support:
Live chat support is available whenever a technician is in the office. This can be useful if you do not have access to a phone and need help troubleshooting. If a technician is not available, please send your request via email.
