Admissions

Once you have been accepted into the Dental Hygiene Program, you must make application to Dixie State College of Utah.

Applications may be obtained on the Internet or through the Admissions Office. You must include previous college transcripts, high school transcripts, or GED test scores, and any other documentation they require.
