St. George, home of Dixie State College, is located in the heart of
Utah's Dixie, 300 miles south of Salt Lake City and 110 miles northeast of Las Vegas.
St. George is a tourist mecca because of its proximity to such scenic wonders as Zion,
Bryce Canyon, and Grand Canyon National Parks, Cedar Breaks National Monument, Lake Powell
and Lake Mead.
