To schedule a room please call our scheduling office at 435-652-7685, or come see us at the Gardner Student Center. Room rental, pricing, catering, and all other setup details can be made through these offices.

Our 72' X 72' Grand Ballroom can be used for many different events. From formal weddings and dances, to meetings and special conventions, we have the space and equipment needed
to make your event memorable.

This 34' X 46' room can seat 150 theater style or 60 classroom style. It can also seat 96 banquet style with a buffet line or 104 without a buffet. This room is perfect for business seminars and luncheons.

The Cottam Room measures 34' X 42' and is perfect for intimate gatherings as well as larger functions. It can seat 150 theater style or 60 classroom style. It can also seat 96 banquet style with a buffet line or 104 without a buffet.

The Gardner Center has all of the equipment required to make your event a success. From tables and chairs to laptops and LCD projectors, we have what you need.
