As a faculty member of the Dixie State College, you have the right to join the Dixie State College of Utah Faculty Senate. However, the membership is not automatic. You have to contribute $4 per paycheck (i.e., $8 per month) to become a member of the faculty senate. You can sign up for this membership by downloading a copy of the payroll deduction form from the following link and then indicating that you want $4 to be withdrawn from each of your paychecks as membership fee to the faculty senate. Once completed, this payroll deduction form has to be submitted to the payroll department. |
