The Exempt Staff Association board would like to invite you to join
Mission: To represent exempt staff and provide a point of policy input at Dixie State College. ESA will work to improve working conditions, benefits, salaries and status of Exempt Staff employees at DSC as its members strive to make the college an even better place to work and to pursue and education.
2011-12 Goals: Our primary goals for 2011-2012 are to continue working toward a new salary study, and to provide professional development opportunities for our members. If you have any other recommendations, please contact one of the board members.
