Membership and Tickets

The Celebrity Concert Series (CCS) season is from October through April and includes ten to twelve concerts per season on two consecutive nights.. Season memberships provide the same reserved seat for each of the concerts at a considerable savings.

Adult season passes are $130 and youth memberships are $45. Individual concert tickets are $20 per concert and are available for purchase in October, prior to the first concert of the season.

CCS patrons purchase a reserved-seat pass indicating first or second night performance. They have an option (for a small service charge) to exchange their assigned concert evening to the other night by calling DSC box office.

Same-seat renewals begin for a following season in January, with the deadline in mid-March. After March. general memberships drive and seat changes begin for the next presenting season. Memberships are not available after October 1 when individual concert tickets go on sale.

Patrons who donate to the CCS become members of the Celebrity Concert Series Guild - a major financial support arm of the series. Names of these donors are listed in the concert printed program according to the level of donation – see link under donations. Season memberships and ticket sales provide approximately only one-half the budget needed each year. Donations, grants and endowments provide the balance.

Artist fees amount to a sobering $190,000 to $210,000 each season with the addition of printing, marketing, and technical assistance added to the budget. Patrons and donors are obviously held in high esteem.
