Our mission is to instill enthusiasm and appreciation for the performing arts by presenting a quality multi-discipline performing art series. We convey our enthusiasm for artistic quality and promote performing artists of excellence.

Do you remember the first time you were touched by a performance or an actor's passion and you were somehow transported to a realm of emotions and experiences? You weren't just affected for a moment - thrilled, amused, astonished, moved - something within you changed permanently. As CCS continues to bring world-class artists to our community, we remind ourselves of these wonderful experiences and emotions affected by the performing arts - concerts that are capable of more than just entertaining us.

CCS is a community and college collaboration with a mission to present performing artists of the highest quality. Traditionally, ten to thirteen multi-discipline presentations are offered each season, which include symphony, opera, musicals, ballet, ethnic and chamber music. Membership in CCS is offered each season at a nominal fee enabling the donor a reserved seat for the season.
