Dr. David P. Borris, Dean
The School of Business, Sciences & Health offers programs leading to the
following awards and degrees:
- Certificate: Varies in amount of time required-usually one year
or less.
- Associate of Applied Science Degree:
A minimum of two years of
course work -- degree requirements are designed to prepare an individual
for employment.
- Associate of Science Degree:
Degree requirements are designed to
prepare an individual for acceptance into a bachelor degree program

Bachelor Degrees: Three four-year programs designed to prepare the
student for employment or graduate school.
The Division of Business, Sciences & Health

School of Business
The school is housed in a 53,000 square foot facility with state-of-the-art
classrooms equipped with the latest in instructional technologies. The Business
School includes the following programs.

Technology Department
The department is housed in the Jennings Technology and Health Building, the
Smith Computer Center, and the Udvar-Hazy Business Building. The Technology

Department
of Health Sciences
The department is housed in the Jennings Technology and Health Building. Programs
are available in the following areas:
- Dental Hygiene Program
- Emergency Medical Services Program

Dixie Business Alliance
The Dixie Business Alliance is housed in the Udvar-Hazy Business Building. DBA's
mission is to suport start-up businesses, and strengthen exsiting businesses
while helping to increase the economic development of Southern Utah.
Science
Department
The science department
prepares students who are interested in the sciences,
including such
majors as pre-med, biology, physics, etc.
Math Department
The math department
offers a broad spectrum of mathematics classes that
are useful for all skill
levels and which meet many degree program requirements.
